By accessing, viewing, or submitting inquiries through this Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all provisions, you are prohibited from utilizing this platform.

• Consumer Purpose: Listing data is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use to identify prospective properties they may be interested in purchasing or leasing.
• Reliability & Verification: All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. Property details, square footage, lot boundaries, HOA fees, property taxes, school zoning, and room counts should be independently verified by buyer inspection and legal counsel.

Status, pricing, and availability may lag real-time MLS records; the most recently available feed data is always displayed. • Availability: All offerings are subject to prior sale, lease, price adjustment, or withdrawal from the market without notice.

• Circumvent security headers, attempt unauthorized server penetration, or disrupt platform infrastructure;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or impersonated showing inquiries or property valuation requests;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or duplicate custom CSS, JavaScript calculators, or branding motif code;
• Republish or commercially exploit any editorial content, Market Watch analytics, or photography without express written authorization.

All trademarks, service marks, wordmarks (“PRIME LEGACY PROPERTIES”), architectural geometric motifs, photographic media, video productions, design systems, and original written analyses are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Legacy Properties LLC or its content licensors, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

08.Curated Vendor Directory Disclaimer

Our Curated Professional Directory connects clients with third-party service providers (e.g., general contractors, settlement attorneys, structural inspectors, home warranty providers). Prime Legacy Properties LLC provides these referrals as a professional courtesy. We do not guarantee, warrant, or assume liability for the performance, licensing status, workmanship, pricing, or contractual fulfillment of any independent vendor. Clients must independently verify contractor licensure, bonding, and insurance.

09.Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

This Website and all materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
